- $10 delivery fee for purchases less than $100 in zip codes 77450 and 77494

- Delivery dates and times: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5 pm and Saturday 9:30 am – 12:30 pm. Please select a delivery day when placing your order. Someone must be available at your delivery location during your selected delivery hours to receive your order. We will call or text you to confirm your delivery. You are required to confirm your delivery date and time before we deliver your order. If your order is $100 or more and you need it fast, please call us at 832-437-0401.
- Someone MUST be home and available to receive your pet food order due to the extreme heat in Texas. We WILL NOT leave food unattended. If no one is at home, you will be charged the delivery fee for our time*.
- Please provide gate codes or access codes on your order notes to ensure a complete delivery. If we are unable to access your community we will attempt to call you to ensure you receive your products.
- The following may result in a delay in delivery: Incorrect delivery address, no gate code provided, or payment returned or delayed.
* If we do not connect with you at your designated time we will be required to return your products to our Katy location and you will be charged a $10 delivery fee + any additional mileage fees for the first unsuccessful delivery. If your order is less than $100 you will be charged $10 for the second delivery in addition to the $10 + any additional mileage fees for the first unsuccessful delivery. We will call you to reschedule a delivery day. Orders may also be picked up at our Katy location.
