Providing your pets with the healthiest pet foods, chews, treats, and toys is our pleasure and the keystone to our success. Your trust means the world to us. From alleviating skin and joint pain issues to assisting with your dog’s training, we love being here for you all. It’s thrilling to watch your puppies grow up into fine dogs, and our hearts break along with yours when it’s time to say goodbye. Our Memorial Candle has been lit more and more frequently as the years pass because we have made so many friends.
I would also like to give a shout out to all the fine staff members who have come through these doors in the past 10 years. We have a solid team of caring and talented Groomers and a consistently dedicated retail team. I love my team and appreciate their hard work and loyalty, and I thank you for being so good to them through the years. We really are a small family at Patsy’s.
I always say, “Give the customer a little something special – a Lagniappe”. That could be a hug, a joke, a free cookie, an unexpected drink, or a tip to help with a puppy problem at home. We strive to give you all a bit more when you come in these doors. It’s an honor to share in your laughter and comfort you through tears.
